MVE SC 2/1 Vapor Shipper 

MVE Vapor Shippers are designed for the safe transportation of biological samples at cryogenic (-150°C or colder) temperatures.

Manufactured from durable, lightweight aluminum, the MVE CryoShipper Vapor Series employs a hydrophobic compound which absorbs the liquid nitrogen to ensure dry, spill-free vapor-phase shipping.  These shippers may be used to ship your samples with a “non-hazardous” classification throughout the world, thus reducing costs and helping to assure sample viability.

These liquid nitrogen vapor shippers are safe for transporting biological samples.  The samples go into the removable canister that sits inside the nitrogen tank at -150°C or colder and allow for transportation.  Once the shipper has been “charged” with liquid nitrogen, the expected holding time is up to 8 days*.

We do offer to charge this unit, but it will not come in a protective shipping container liker the other vapor shippers.

SC 2/1 VAPOR SHIPPER

This unit is a vapor shipper, so the FAA and IATA regulations allow for this to be transported via a carry on or checked baggage, but double check with your airline for specifics if you still have questions.
